What set it whirling round?
Eternity may dwindle,
Time is unwound,
Dan and Jerry Lout
Change their loves about.”

“For me, the lame part of the Sixties was the political part, the social part. The real part was the spiritual part.”
—Jerry Garcia (1942–1995)
“And the heavy night hung dark
The hills and waters o’er,
When a band of exiles moored their bark
On the wild New England shore.”
—Felicia Dorothea Hemans (1783–1835)
