Sisto married Marisa Ryan in the 1990s; the couple divorced in 2002. On June 5, 2009, he had a daughter, Charlie Ballerina, with then-girlfriend Addie Lane; he married Lane in October 2009. On March 9, 2012, Sisto and Lane welcomed their second child, a boy named Bastian Kick Sisto.
