Acting Career
Pilson is also an actor, having appeared in the movie Rock Star, 2001. Pilson played bassist Jorgen, of the fictional band Steel Dragon, along with Zakk Wylde, Jason Bonham, who also contributed to the Soundtrack, with Miljenko Matijevic and Jeff Scott Soto as vocalists, who can not be seen. Wylde later stated in an interview for Metal Hammer that before their collaboration he "had only known him as a member of Dokken. I didn't know about all his skills. This guy is unbelievable."
He also contributed to the Mortal Kombat reboot, performing the voice acting for Johnny Cage.
