Born in Brooklyn, Kwatinetz grew up in Marlboro Township, New Jersey from the time he was in third grade and graduated from Marlboro High School. He attended Northwestern University and is a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He holds a Harvard Law School degree, Juris Doctor.
