Jeff Halpern
Jeffrey C. "Jeff" Halpern (born May 3, 1976) is an American professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. He has previously played for the Washington Capitals, Tampa Bay Lightning, Los Angeles Kings, and the Montreal Canadiens.
