Jatindranath Sengupta - Life

Life

By profession, Jatindranath was an engineer. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1911 from the Shibpur Engineering College (now Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur) and started working as an overseer. However, he spent most of his time writing. Jatindranath Sengupta an eminently original poet in Bengali literature.
