Jackson's sons are:
- Matthew – the oldest child in the family. Matthew was born prematurely and has dyslexia and developmental dyspraxia.
- Luke – diagnosed with Asperger syndrome and dyspraxia. Luke wrote a book called Freaks, Geeks and Asperger's Syndrome about his life with the condition which was published when he was 13.
- Joe – has ADHD
- Ben – the youngest child in the family. Ben was born prematurely and is autistic.
Jackson also has three daughters named Rachel, Sarah, who has autistic spectrum disorder; and Anna.
