Jérôme Rothen

Jérôme René Marcel Rothen born 31 March 1978 of Châtenay-Malabry) is a French footballer who plays as a winger for SC Bastia.

Rothen has won 13 caps for the French national team. He represented his country at the 2004 European Football Championship and won the FIFA Confederations Cup with France in 2003. In club competition, Rothen won the Coupe de France once and the Coupe de la Ligue twice with Paris Saint-Germain. He also won the Coupe de la Ligue with Monaco. Rothen is a skilled winger who specialises in free kicks, crossing and passing.
