Career
He made his debut on the professional league level in the 2. Bundesliga for FC Ingolstadt 04 on March 8, 2009, when he came on as a substitute in the 72nd minute in a game against TSV 1860 München and scored his first goal. Since 2010, he played for Zadar. On 31 January 2012, Santini joined SC Freiburg in a sixth-month loan move with a clause in which Freiburg can buy out his contract.
On June 2013, he signed a contrct to join KV Kortrijk.
