History
Elsinore Technologies was founded in 1996 by August F. Turak, Ray Allen and Mark Uland in 1996. The first product, Visual Intercept was focused on software bug and defect tracking and evolved into several other solutions winning several awards. The current product line IssueNet was launched in 2006 as a replacement and upgrade for the Virtual Intercept product line.
