Athletics
During the 2006-2007 school year, Irmo's C-Team Basketball and Football Teams won the Palmetto Athletic Conference Championships, with its football team having an undefeated season (7-0), which beat out Irmo's previous school record (4-3); (Although the team's championship game was cancelled, they were still crowned PAC champs.) and their basketball team was also crowned PAC champs, with a 16-1 record.
