Dr. Nadvi currently serves as the director at Al-Falah Islamic Centre in Oakville, Ontario since 2004, prior to which he served as an Imam at the Muslim Association of Calgary Islamic Centre from 1998-2004.
He is also currently the Vice President of the Canadian Council of Imams and is on the advisory board on the Islamic Finance Board, The Quran Academy, the ISNA Halal Certification Agency and the Halal Monitoring Authority. He is also an instructor at Al-Fajr Institute of Islamic Sciences, the Islamic Foundation of Toronto, Understanding Islam Academy, Ad-Duha Institute of Islamic Studies and Al-Fauz Institute of Islamic Thought
