On August 6, 2007, Neo-Tech Publishing's membership in the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada was revoked. In May 2008, Neo-Tech Publishing was given an "unsatisfactory" rating by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada.
Currently, Neo-Tech Publishing has a "B-" rating and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
