Indigo Lodges’ portfolio consisted of over 150 winter properties and 250 summer villas.
Summer resorts includes the Côte d’Azur, Sardinia, the Balearics, Tuscany, Sicily, Greece and Portugal. Winter resorts included the French, Swiss, Austrian and Italian Alps, including St. Moritz, Courchevel 1850, Kitzbühel, Zermatt, Megève, Verbier, Gstaad and Chamonix.
All of the homes in Indigo Lodges’ portfolio belonged to private owners that choose to rent them for different reasons and for different lengths of time. Some owners only rented two or three weeks per year, others for the entire year; some were available for viewing on the internet while others and did not appear in any promotional materials. A typical property in the Indigo Lodges’ portfolio was worth €5 -10 million, with 10% of the portfolio worth in excess of €20 million. Many of the company’s properties had been photographed by such high end publications as Cote Sud, Vogue, Elle Décor and Architectural Digest.
