Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen, popularly referred to as the Ikhwan, is the name of a pro-government militia in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, composed of reformed Kashmiri militants. They have been organised and supported by Indian security agencies to counter the terrorists groups operating in the state.
