Igor Sergeyev
Igor Dmitriyevich Sergeyev (Russian: Игорь Дмитриевич Сергеев) (b Verkhnye, Donetsk Region 20 April 1938 — d Moscow 10 November 2006) was the Defense Minister of the Russian Federation from 22 May 1997 until 28 March 2001. He was the first and as of 2011 the only Marshal of the Russian Federation.
