Song Notes
- "I Never Said That I Was Brave" opens with the lyrics "You might sleep, but you'll never dream", which are from "Suffer Little Children" by The Smiths. (The song title "Suffer Little Children" is, in turn, taken from a Bible verse Matthew 19:14.)
- "I never said that I was brave" is also a lyric from Leonard Cohen's "So Long, Marianne" off Songs of Leonard Cohen (1967).
- "We Know Who Our Enemies Are" comprise lyrics taken from the song "Oh Comely" by Neutral Milk Hotel.
- Two Fugazi lyrics are referenced. In "Flamethrower" Weiss sings "promises, promises, promises, words" which is a reference to the Fugazi song "Promises." In "We Know Who Our Enemies Are" the lyric "here comes the kiss-off" is a reference to the Fugazi song "Dear Justice Letter."

“What neat repast shall feast us, light and choice,
Of Attick tast, with Wine, whence we may rise
To hear the Lute well toucht, or artfull voice
Warble immortal Notes and Tuskan Ayre?
He who of those delights can judge, and spare
To interpose them oft, is not unwise.”
—John Milton (16081674)
