Hubert Webb
Hubert Jeffrey Pagaspas Webb (born on November 7, 1968), is a former convict and one of the alleged suspects of the 1991 Vizconde massacre in the Philippines. Webb is the son of actor, basketball player, former Parañaque City congressman and Senator Freddie Webb, as well as the brother of former UAAP and Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Councilor Jason Webb and ABS-CBN news anchor Pinky Webb. Webb has one son born in 1993.
