Organizational Structure
HP's operations are organized into seven business segments:
- Enterprise Storage, Servers and Networking ("ESSN"),
- HP Networking, a combination of HP ProCurve and 3Com, (now part of ESSN),
- HP Enterprise Services ("HPES"),
- HP Enterprise Security Services ("HPESS"),
- HP Software Division,
- HP Technology Services (HPTS),
- Personal Systems Group ("PSG"),
- Imaging and Printing Group ("IPG"),
- HP Financial Services ("HPFS"), and
- Corporate Investments.
The three business segments-- ESSN, HP Enterprise Services and HP Software Division -- are structured beneath the broader Enterprise Business (EB) Group in order to capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and give a solution sale approach across the HP enterprise offerings.
