Howard Francis

Howard Henry Francis (26 May 1868 – 7 January 1936), was a South African cricketer.

Francis was born in Clifton, Bristol, England. He played in 2 Test matches in 1899. He died at Sea Point, Cape Province, South Africa.

Francis also played football for Clifton Association.
