Hotman Paris Hutapea is an Indonesian lawyer. He is the father of Fritz Hutapea.
Hotman was part of Schapelle Corby's legal team up until late January 2006 where Indonesian Supreme Court reinstated a 20 year sentence.
Hotman appeared on the Australian current affairs television show The 7.30 Report on ABC in July 2005 defending his integrity, stating: "So I'm not Mr Clean, but for this case temporarily I am clean." and went on to say "There is no lawyer in the world is clean. All the lawyer usually hypocrisy help and I try to reduce my hypocrisy a little bit. If you keep saying Australian lawyer, American lawyer they are all clean, that's totally bullshit."
