Hor Namhong is married, having five children. Two of Namhong's sons serve as ambassadors: Hor Nambora, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom, and Hor Monirath, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Japan.
