Home Park - Transport

Transport

Adjacent to the Devonport End of the stadium is a large car park which is free during matchdays on a first come, first served basis. There are numerous Park & Ride services provided by Plymouth Citybus dotted around the area. The club also runs a special service on the day of a match, with the co-operation of Citybus, which provides free transport throughout the city to the stadium for any supporter that has a valid matchday ticket. The stadium is on Outland Road, which links to the A38 motorway and direct access to Cornwall and the north of England. On foot, the stadium is approximately 1.6 miles (2.5 km) from Plymouth railway station and 1.8 miles (2.8 km) from the city centre.

Famous quotes containing the word transport:

One may disavow and disclaim vices that surprise us, and whereto our passions transport us; but those which by long habits are rooted in a strong and ... powerful will are not subject to contradiction. Repentance is but a denying of our will, and an opposition of our fantasies.
    Michel de Montaigne (1533–1592)
