Home Guard Command (Danish: Hjemmeværnskommandoen), short "HJK", is the Danish Home Guard's top authority and is a level one authority reporting directly to the Ministry of Defence.
It is under dual management by a military General and a civilian (usually a member of parliament).
In times of tension and war the Danish Defence Command assume command over the Home Guard.
The Home Guard Command is located at Generalstok in Kastellet, in Copenhagen.
