Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine has been proposed as a method of treating HIV infection, though despite being used extensively in and outside of China, there is limited evidence it is effective. There is some evidence that certain Chinese herbal medicines may help in relieving symptoms of AIDS, but there is no evidence TCM has a significant effect on a patient's HIV status.
