Famous quotes containing the words love and/or peace:

    If all would lead their lives in love like me,
    Then bloody swords and armor should not be;
    No drum nor trumpet peaceful sleeps should move,
    Unless alarm came from the camp of love.
    Thomas Campion (1567–1620)

    So in peace our tasks we ply,
    Pangur Ban, my cat, and I;
    In our arts we find our bliss,
    I have mine and he has his.
    Unknown. Pangur Ban (l. 25–28)
