Hidden Expedition: Titanic - Story

Story

In Hidden Expedition: Titanic, the player takes on the role of a treasure hunter working for the Hidden Expedition Adventure League (HEAL) to investigate the wreckage of the ocean liner RMS Titanic. Although the Titanic was considered to be one of the most technologically-advanced ships of its time, it sank to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean after striking an iceberg on April 14, 1912 during its maiden voyage from Queenstown, Ireland to New York City, USA.

When the game begins, the player received a letter from the director of the Titanic Museum Foundation. The museum recently discovered an extremely rare, highly valuable, long-lost artifact - the Queen's jeweled crown - was on the Titanic when it sank.

Your mission is to search the Titanic and recover this crown along with any other rare artifacts you find. You are asked to return the artifacts you recover to the Titanic Museum, but are allowed to keep any gems you find.

The game is divided into 14 unique dive expeditions in 17 different sections of the ship. You will be given a list of artifacts to find in each room before your oxygen runs out.

Famous quotes containing the word story:

Call on literary convention, and it will gladly tell your story for you.
    Mason Cooley (b. 1927)

From the beginning, the placement of [Clarence] Thomas on the high court was seen as a political end justifying almost any means. The full story of his confirmation raises questions not only about who lied and why, but, more important, about what happens when politics becomes total war and the truth—and those who tell it—are merely unfortunate sacrifices on the way to winning.
Jane Mayer, U.S. journalist, and Jill Abramson b. 1954, U.S. journalist. Strange Justice, p. 8, Houghton Mifflin (1994)

Even such is Time, which takes in trust
Our youth, our joys, and all we have,
And pays us but with age and dust,
Who in the dark and silent grave
When we have wandered all our ways
Shuts up the story of our days.
And from which earth, and grave, and dust,
The Lord shall raise me up I trust.
    Sir Walter Raleigh (1552–1618)
