Karl Åke Henry Allard, (born November 21, 1911 in Örebro; died October 23, 1996 in Örebro) was Swedish politician (Social Democrat), speaker of the Riksdag's second chamber 1969–1970. He became the first speaker of the unicamberal Riksdag in 1971 a post he held until 1979.
