History
The airline was established in 2003 in Basel by Moritz Suter (who owns it until today) and launched operations on 6 August 2004. Originally being intended as a regional scheduled carrier, it was relaunched on 1 May 2005 as a charter airline.
In December 2011, the company had 140 employees.
The airline suspended all-flight operation on October 21, 2012.
