Helen Beatrice Polley (born 9 February 1957) is an Australian Labor Party Senator for the state of Tasmania, since 1 July 2005.
Before entering the federal government Polley was an advisor to two Labor Premiers of Tasmania; Jim Bacon and Paul Lennon. She was elected to the Senate in 2004 and her term began in 2005.
