  • Nominated for Rock Album of the Year (for self-titled CD; Nickelback's All The Right Reasons won), and New Group of the Year (won by Bedouin Soundclash) at the 2006 Juno Awards. They closed the show with their single "On My Own".
  • Nominated for Favourite Canadian Group (won by Billy Talent), and they were nominated for Best Pop Video and Best Post-Production (won by Sam Roberts) for their video for "Gunnin'" at the MuchMusic Video Awards on June 17, 2007. They won Best Pop Video.
  • Nominated for four 2007 Juno Awards. Their only victory was for their producer, Brian Howes (for "Trip", off the Hedley album). They were also nominated for the 2008 Juno Award for Group of the Year, but lost to Blue Rodeo.
  • Of the six nominations the group got for the 2008 Much Music Video Awards (MMVA), the group won four awards: Best Video - For The Nights I Can't Remember, Best Cinematography - For the Nights I Can't Remember (which defeated another Hedley effort, She's So Sorry), Best Director - For The Nights I Can't Remember, MuchLOUD Best Rock Video - She's So Sorry.
  • Won 3 awards, all for the song "For the Nights I Can't Remember" Fans Choice Award, Song of the Year, and the Chart Topper Award.
  • Nominated for two 2010 Juno Awards: Pop Album of the Year (won by Michael BublĂ© for album Crazy Love), and Group of the Year (won by Metric).
  • Played at the closing ceremony of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
  • Nominated for 6 awards in the 2010 MMVAs: Video Of The Year (won for Perfect), Post Production of The Year (won for Perfect), Cinematography Of The Year (lost to Trey Songz and Drake's Successful), Director Of The Year (lost to Billy Talent's Saint Veronika), Pop Video Of The Year (won for Cha-Ching), and Ur Fave Video (lost to Justin Bieber and Ludacris's Baby).
  • Won a Juno Award at the 2011 ceremony for Video of the Year.
  • Won a Juno Award at the 2012 ceremony for Pop Album of the Year, beating critically acclaimed releases by Avril Lavigne and Lights.
  • Nominated for 5 awards at the 2012 MMVA's including: Video of the Year and Ur Fave Video of the Year (lost to Carly Rae Jepsen's Call Me Maybe), Pop Video of the Year and Cinemtography Video of the Year (lost to Marianas Trench's Haven't Had Enough), for Invincible ft. P.Reign) and Ur Fave Artist of the Year (lost to Justin Beiber).
