Other Information
The track "It Will Take a Long Long Time" was featured in the Julia Roberts and Richard Gere romantic comedy Runaway Bride, though it was not included on the soundtrack album. Have a Nice Day was the first ever Roxette album to feature a track solely written by Marie Fredriksson ("Waiting for the Rain"). In Arab countries the naked babies on the sleeve had to be removed for religious reasons, so a special edition of the album was made.
The success of Have a Nice Day saw Roxette win the 'Highest Selling Scandinavian Act' at the 2000 World Music Awards. For the Awards Gala, Roxette chose to perform lead single "Wish I Could Fly".

Famous quotes containing the word information:
“The real, then, is that which, sooner or later, information and reasoning would finally result in, and which is therefore independent of the vagaries of me and you. Thus, the very origin of the conception of reality shows that this conception essentially involves the notion of a COMMUNITY, without definite limits, and capable of a definite increase of knowledge.”
—Charles Sanders Peirce (18391914)
“Phenomenal nature shadows him wherever he goes. Clouds in the staring sky transmit to one another, by means of slow signs, incredibly detailed information regarding him. His inmost thoughts are discussed at nightfall, in manual alphabet, by darkly gesticulating trees. Pebbles or stains or sunflecks form patterns representing in some awful way messages which he must intercept. Everything is a cipher and of everything he is the theme.”
—Vladimir Nabokov (18991977)
