Hartwick College - January Term

January Term

Every year, about 200-300 Hartwick students participate in 15-23 off-campus courses, taught by Hartwick faculty. Nearly every off-campus program is open to new students. All are open to majors and non-majors, with the exception of Transcultural Nursing in Jamaica. There are many scholarships available to support students who choose to study abroad during the college’s January Term. Several international study-abroad scholarships are available: the Florence and George Hutman Scholarship, the Dobert Family Scholarship and the Andrew and Betty Anderson Scholarship.

Famous quotes containing the words january and/or term:

    and you undid the reins
    and I undid the buttons,
    the bones, the confusions,
    The New England postcards,
    the January ten o’clock night,
and we rose up like wheat....
    Anne Sexton (1928–1974)

No—is a term very frequently employed by the fair, when they mean everything else but a negative. Their yes is always yes; but their no is not always no.
