Haiduk Peak is a peak located on the Continental Divide on the border of Banff and Kootenay National Parks at the head of Haiduk Creek. The mountain was named in 1922, probably after the Haiduks of the Balkans.
Famous quotes containing the word peak:
“In the mountains, the shortest way is from peak to peak: but for that you must have long legs. Aphorisms should be peaks: and those to whom they are addressed, great and lofty.”
—Friedrich Nietzsche (18441900)
