Hades Project Zeorymer - Relation To Super Robot Wars

Relation To Super Robot Wars

Zeorymer has been a relatively obscure title even in Japan, as its reviews were generally lukewarm. However, its appearances in the games Super Robot Wars MX and Super Robot Wars Judgement - yet two of many in a series of very popular anime mecha crossover games - establish Zeorymer's reputation as a very powerful unit, so much so that players of the series widely consider it to be overpowered due both to the unit's inherent passive abilities (the highest possible EN regeneration, a damage lowering barrier, auto-dodge Double-Image, the ability to move through cells occupied by enemy units) as well as its unusually powerful multi-target attack, and is thus one of the biggest factors in making the mentioned games among the easiest in the series.

Great Zeorymer, an original creation specially made for Super Robot Wars J, is even more powerful than the original and has access to the ultimate attacks of all eight Hau Dragon robots, in some cases even being able to utilize two of them during a single attack. Like the original Zeorymer, not only is its Hades Attack one of the most damaging individual attacks, but Great Zeorymer's multitarget version is by far the most powerful MAP weapon in the game. This extreme amount of power is only slightly mitigated by the unusually strict requirements for unlocking this unit, and doing so prevents the player from recruiting several other secret characters.

Famous quotes containing the words relation to, relation, robot and/or wars:

There is the falsely mystical view of art that assumes a kind of supernatural inspiration, a possession by universal forces unrelated to questions of power and privilege or the artist’s relation to bread and blood. In this view, the channel of art can only become clogged and misdirected by the artist’s concern with merely temporary and local disturbances. The song is higher than the struggle.
    Adrienne Rich (b. 1929)

You see, I am alive, I am alive
I stand in good relation to the earth
I stand in good relation to the gods
I stand in good relation to all that is beautiful
I stand in good relation to the daughter of Tsen-tainte
You see, I am alive, I am alive
    N. Scott Momaday (b. 1934)

Let’s start with the three fundamental Rules of Robotics.... We have: one, a robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. Two, a robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. And three, a robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.
    Isaac Asimov (1920–1992)

... the trouble is that most people in this country think that we can stay out of wars in other parts of the world. Even if we stay out of it and save our own skins, we cannot escape the conditions which will undoubtedly exist in other parts of the world and which will react against us.... We are all of us selfish ... and if we can save our own skins, the rest of the world can go. The best we can do is to realize nobody can save his own skin alone. We must all hang together.
    Eleanor Roosevelt (1884–1962)
