Kahit Na was used as the series' theme song. It was composed by Willie Cruz and originally sung by Zsa Zsa Padilla; Joey Albert sang it for the series. However, Angelika dela Cruz, Toni Gonzaga and Tootsie Guevara performed the song during the promotion of the TV series.
