- PTS — Renault Master (DCA), Ford Tourneo Connect, and Fiat Multipla (DCA vehicles renewed over 2010/2011 due to contract requirements)
- A&E — Mercedes Sprinter, Renault Masters, Landrover Defender (only 1)
- RRV — Ford Mondeo Estate, Honda CRV and Vauxhall Zafira but now standardising on Ford Mondeo
- Officer Cars — Reanult Megane and Skoda Octavia vRS (New 61 reg's all been delieved as of 1/12/11)
- Special ops — Land Rover Discovery 4, Volvo XC70, Volvo XC90, Iveco Daily HART units, Peugeot 207, .
- ASU - Bo-105 charity funded helicopter operated as the Great Western Air Ambulance
- Other units include — Renault Master Decontamination unit, Iveco Daily comms unit stored near to the Hart one.
Gloucestershire
- PTS — Renault Master
- A&E — Renault Master but now standardising on Mercedes Sprinter, by 2014 all GWAS Gloucestershire Ambulance's will be Mercedes Sprinters
- RRV — Renault Scenic, Honda CRV, Vauxhall Astra and Zafira. A new fleet of Ford Mondeo's are now being introduced to the Gloucestershire fleet and will become standard as the Astra's and Zafira's reach the end of their operational life.
- ASU - AS-365 charity funded helicopter operated as the County Air Ambulance
Wiltshire
- PTS — Renault Master, Ford Toureno Connect, Fiat Multipla,
- A&E — Renault Master but now standardising on Mercedes Sprinter
- RRV — Renault Megane, Honda CRV, Vauxhall Astra, Vauxhall Zafira, BMW 3 Series, Volvo XC70, V70 and V50. Now standardising with Ford Mondeos
- ASU - MD 902 Explorer, charity funded helicopter operated as the Wiltshire Air Ambulance and shared with Wiltshire Police.
The latest addition to the vehicle fleet are £140,000 Mercedes Sprinter coach-built ambulances which represent a big step forward from the aging Renault Master ambulances in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, many of which had to be removed from service when they were found not to meet modern safety standards.
