The Very Reverend Dr. Graham Forbes CBE has been Provost of St. Mary's Cathedral, Edinburgh (Episcopal) since 1990. He is currently a Member of the General Medical Council and a Board Member of NHS Quality Improvement Scotland. Dr Forbes took up the position of Chair of OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator) on 1 March 2011.
