Language
The widely spoken language is Rabha and Goalpariya. But along with these, people also speak other dialects like Bengali, Hindi, Garo, etc. But most of the people use Goalpariya as a common language for daily communication.
Goalpariya language, a dialect of Assamese, is widely spoken in Undivided Goalpara District which is presently part of Dhubri and Bongaigaon.
