Georgia State Route 72
State Route 72 (SR 72) is a state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Clarke, Madison, and Elbert counties in northeastern Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at US 29 and SR 8 just northeast of Athens to its eastern terminus at the South Carolina state line southeast of Elberton.
