This is a list of Georgetown University alumni. Georgetown University is a Jesuit private university located in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1789, the school graduates about two thousand undergraduate and postgraduate students annually. There are four undergraduate schools and five postgraduate schools, though two of the undergraduate schools offer postgraduate degrees as well. Just over three percent of Georgetown's 97,384 living alumni are listed in Marquis Who's Who, the 14th highest percentage and eighth highest raw number among American universities as of 2000.
