A ruthless and mentally unstable mob boss who resided at the Pentonville Prison until 2011, when he was set free by his attorney, Angela Dwire. Wanted to start a war against Sonny Corinthos by sending messages to his loved ones. Attempted to get Lucky Spencer to relapse into his drug addictions. Helped Lisa Niles in her revenge plots against Patrick Drake and Robin Scorpio. Father of Claudia Zacchara. Grandfather of Johnny Zacchara. Married to Tracy Quartermaine. Shot and presumed killed by Johnny in 2012. Currently haunts Johnny as he's guilty for killing Cole Thornhart, Hope Manning, and his grandfather.

Daughter of Anthony Zacchara and Domenica Zacchara. Mother of Johnny Zacchara. Ex-lover of Ric Lansing. Married to Sonny Corinthos at the time of her death. Killed by Michael Corinthos after he found out she was responsible for shooting him.

Relunctant husband of Connie Falconeri so Connie would get back at Sonny for ruining her life. Dated Carly Jacks until Carly can no longer trust him since he could never be honest. Haunted by Anthony Zacchara and Hope Manning Thornhart for their deaths caused by him.

Ex-wife of Anthony Zacchara. Thought to be the mother of Johnny Zacchara. Murdered by Anthony in front of Johnny when he was about seven years old.
