In 2008, the bank celebrated its 85th anniversary by surpassing the $1 billion mark in total assets for the first time.
The company employs approximately 400 people throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. It is governed by a six-member Board of Directors. The current Chairman of the Board/President/CEO is Steven J. Swiontek.
