Professional Coaching Career & Achievements
White's previous professional coaching experience includes, National Technical Director and Head Coach for the British Virgin Islands Football Association, where he had success during the CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifiers which resulted in the national team shooting up the FIFA world rankings 28 places (1999). White was one of the youngest ever (2001) national team coaches/technical directors when he took his role with the British Virgin Islands Football Association aged just 24 years old and he was also one of the youngest ever coaches to compete in a FIFA World Cup (2002) at just 25 years old.
After this initial success White's signature was chased by other CONCACAF National Federations to lead them into FIFA World Cup campaigns as head coach and also to drive the national development of the sport. White signed with The Bahamas Football Association in September 1999, which sparked a very fruitful relationship between the two parties on the FIFA world stage and nationally. The National teams huge rise of 55 places up the FIFA World Rankings which brought both White and the federation international acclaim would be seen as one of the most noteworthy achievements during White's tenure.
White was appointed as the Guam Football Association National team head coach and technical director on 1 February 2012.

Famous quotes containing the words professional, career and/or achievements:
“If Id written all the truth I knew for the past ten years, about 600 peopleincluding mewould be rotting in prison cells from Rio to Seattle today. Absolute truth is a very rare and dangerous commodity in the context of professional journalism.”
—Hunter S. Thompson (b. 1939)
“I doubt that I would have taken so many leaps in my own writing or been as clear about my feminist and political commitments if I had not been anointed as early as I was. Some major form of recognition seems to have to mark a womans career for her to be able to go out on a limb without having her credentials questioned.”
—Ruth Behar (b. 1956)
“Freedom of enterprise was from the beginning not altogether a blessing. As the liberty to work or to starve, it spelled toil, insecurity, and fear for the vast majority of the population. If the individual were no longer compelled to prove himself on the market, as a free economic subject, the disappearance of this freedom would be one of the greatest achievements of civilization.”
—Herbert Marcuse (18981979)
