Personal Life
Locke married his wife, Mona Lee, a television reporter for the NBC affiliate KING 5 television in Seattle and former Miss Asian America on October 15, 1994. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Taiwan, while her father was originally from Shanghai and her mother from Hubei. The Lockes have three children: Emily Nicole (b. March 1997), Dylan James, (b. March 1999) and Madeline Lee (b. November 2004).
