Galeries d'Anjou is one of Cadillac Fairview's four self-branded "Fashion centres" that also include the Carrefour Laval, Fairview Pointe-Claire and Les Promenades Saint-Bruno. It is the smallest of Cadillac Fairview's four Fashion centres and the only one within the city limits of Montreal.
Like Fairview Pointe-Claire (but unlike Carrefour Laval and Promenades Saint-Bruno), Galeries d'Anjou is co-owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge.
Galeries d'Anjou was the largest mall on the island of Montreal from 1968 to 1985. Today it has been surpassed by Place Versailles and sister mall Fairview Pointe-Claire. Despite this, it remains one of largest malls in Greater Montreal.
