Four Italian warships were named after Duilius:
- Battleship Duilio, of the 19th century.
- World War I/II era battleship Caio Duilio.
- Missile cruiser Caio Duilio, launched in 1962.
- Orizzonte-class destroyer Caio Duilio, commissioned in 2009.
