Frizinghall Railway Station - Services

Services

Frizinghall is served by trains from Bradford Forster Square towards Leeds (on the Leeds-Bradford Line), Skipton (on the Airedale Line) and Ilkley (on the Wharfedale Line). Monday to Saturday in the daytime, trains operate every 30 minutes on each route. During the evenings, there are trains every hour to each of Skipton and Ilkley; on Sundays these run every two hours. At these times, there are no trains to Leeds; passengers have to change at Shipley.

Famous quotes containing the word services:

We now in the United States have more security guards for the rich than we have police services for the poor districts. If you’re looking for personal security, far better to move to the suburbs than to pay taxes in New York.
    John Kenneth Galbraith (b. 1908)

The community and family networks which helped sustain earlier generations have become scarcer for growing numbers of young parents. Those who lack links to these traditional sources of support are hard-pressed to find other resources, given the emphasis in our society on providing treatment services, rather than preventive services and support for health maintenance and well-being.
    Bernice Weissbourd (20th century)

I see this evident, that we willingly accord to piety only the services that flatter our passions.
    Michel de Montaigne (1533–1592)
