Francis Vere
Sir Francis Vere (1560 – 18 August 1609) was an English soldier, famous for his career in Dutch service.
He was the son of Geoffrey Vere of Crepping Hall, Essex, and nephew of John de Vere, 16th Earl of Oxford.
