Francis Pangilinan
Francis Nepomuceno Pangilinan (born August 24, 1963), also known as Kiko Pangilinan, is a Senator of the Philippines since 2001. He was the Senate Majority Leader until 2008. He is currently the Chairman of the Committees on Agriculture and Social Justice in the Senate.
